The HSM1000 uses a 4 axis
Cartesian robot, with exceptional high speed
high positioning accuracy +/-0.015mm. Coupled
to the Z and U axis is an Ink Jet printer of
the customer’s choice.
The windows based user interface
allows a variety of set ups. The basic system
allows the user to set a range of serial numbers
that are then printed sequentially. Additional
options include a network interface to get serial
numbers as they are needed.
The HSM1000 is fitted as standard
with a SMEMA interface allowing for full inline
capabilities. The conveyor, which is fully adjustable
for board up to 300 x 320, includes an input
and output buffer, with an optional board flipper
for the occasion when both sides of the board
need to be printed on. Sensors are fitted to
detect amongst other features, board present
and board orientation.
A scanner is also fitted to
the Z-axis for Post print verification.
The HSM,
as with all Getech machines is designed to provide
a user-friendly machine to operate and program.
The welded steel structure, with all round ESD
safe Perspex windows and all round door sensors,
provides for a fully enclosed machine.
