Routers
Getech manufacturers top performance and high

Customized Automation
Getech provides customized solutions to automate

EOL
We add value to customers by providing complete
automated End of Line solutions. These include label placement,
board marking, and OFP machines.
Flip Chip
We are currently in the final stages of
developing a Flip Chip placement
machine. This machine is designed to to pick flip chips and place
them on Printed Circuit Board, and target the smaller ball size of

Epson
We provide our service expertise for all
customers using Epson Robots and controllers as
well as Epson Test Handlers in South East Asia .
For
more detailed information about our SMT machines including Routers,
(PCB separator/depaneling machines), or EOL machines (End of Line)
eg In-line label placement, Inspection, board handlers and Odd form
pick & place, machines.
